Business Simulation

Is it necessary to encourage your staff to create strategies to maximise the success of the company, learn the fundamentals of financial ratios and reporting and understand the financial consequences of their decision making?

Then EMD’s Business Simulation Programme could be the answer.

It is a 2 day programme that takes participants through a simplified model of a service, utilities or manufacturing business that demonstrates the effect of management decisions on company accounts. Participants must maximise profit for their fledgling company as it gains maturity in a competitive world. The exercise covers a 5 year period.
