Consultative Skills

Strong consultative skills will help all Workplace Committees, be they focussed on employee relations or any other aspects of running an organisation. Effective dialogue within a committee, with staff, with customers and other stakeholders is essential to an effective organisation.

Our program focuses on providing skills in consultation to any or all stakeholders. Consultative forums have traditionally been the vehicle for resolving employee relations matters. More recently consultative forums have enjoyed a wider application.

Our consultative programs can be tailored to focus on employee relations, consultation with staff, consultation with customers, consultation with regulators and with shareholders.
