Contract Management

Why Contract Management?

This program is for all managers, supervisors and coordinators who are involved in managing contracts.

Successful contract management ensures efficient use of resources and minimises potential conflict with clients.

Contract Management rarely focuses on preserving and improving the relationship between purchaser and provider. Traditional Contract Management is legalistic process driven and assumes a conflict of interest model between the parties.

EMD's Contract Management program seeks to optimise the relationship between the parties and deliver the outcomes agreed in the contract. Our simulation programs enable participants to develop insights into effective contract management techniques and processes.
