Surveys - Organisational Climate, Cultural Change & Salary

Survey - 'To examine or look at comprehensively, to determine the boundaries, a gathering of a sample of data or opinions considered to be representative of a whole'…..

Organisational Climate Surveys

What is the successful organisation of tomorrow?

One of the key things that drive the successful achievement of strategy today is organisational culture.

The components that make successful staff stay with an organisation and thrive are a mix of individual growth, an attractive future, a positive workplace and TRP (total remuneration package) – not just pay, but a mixture of pay and "cultural" components.

Organisational climate is directly related to productivity and performance. The link between climate and organisational outcome has been clearly documented and backed by extensive research conducted by Mark Huselid in the United States. In short, climate corelates positively with organisational outcomes.

The first step in this process is an Organisational Climate Survey.

EMD's Electronic Survey tool helps to diagnose the current culture of organisations.

Cultural Change Surveys

Cultural alignment issues for consideration during major business change initiatives are organisation specific. EMD's Culture Change Survey process provides clients with a monitoring tool where they can map the Change process. Using the survey process you are able to gather employee's views on:

bpur.gif (807 bytes) Teamwork

and on any other criteria relevant to the organisation. The results of the initial survey are used as a basis to introduce initiatives such as:

Value is added by subsequent surveys that provide comparative results.
